Responding to COVID-19 

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, security quickly became a requirement across supermarkets, retirement villages, closed business buildings, and more. Red Badge Group set up a centralised operations centre based out of their head office in Auckland to:

  • Drive all of the timesheet functions across the country
  • Process unavailability and leave of mobile staff members
  • Hire new staff with the appropriate qualifications
  • Ensure clients were receiving the best possible customer service
